Julia Fiona Roberts, born on October 28, 1967, at Atlanta with Betty Lou Bredemus & Walter Grady Roberts. Her grandfather, her great-grandfather John Pendleton Roberts, a farmer who was also one of the first Roberts to arrive in Atlanta. Her father's passion for theatre was inherited by her. in theater from a young age. In 1952, while a student of Emory University, he performed on stage in a number of shows in Atlanta. He joined the Air Force in 1953. During his time being stationed at Biloxi Mississippi was cast in an army production that featured Betty Lou Bredemus who was as well in the Air force. Eric Anthony was their first born. The couple got married in the year 1957. Walter as well as his spouse left the military in and enrolled Walter at Tulane University. Walter was employed by Atlanta Academy Theater and Harrington Scenic and Lighting Studio. In 1960, the family relocated into Decatur Georgia. Walter as well as Betty Lou financed their own production of a Sunday morning show for children, Bum Bum and His Buddies. In the following year, they established the Actors and Writers Workshop which ran for six years. They also had Lelisa Billingsley (also called Lisa) and Julia (also also known as Julie) in this time.
